*Clusters = squat clean straight into thruster
*Gymnastic complex can be broken up, if needed

Level 2: 1 Jumping Pull-up, 1 Chin-over Bar, 1 Chest-to-Bar, (95/65)
Level 1: 10 jumping pull-ups each round, hang dumbbell clusters (25/15)
