Rx+ C2B Pull-ups
* After completing Turkish Get-ups, work on Double Under drills.
*Step-ups increase By 2, Double Unders increase by 5:
2:10, 4:15, 6:20, 8:25, 10:30, …….
* When you fail to complete a round, rest 1 minute, then begin with last completed round and work your way back down to 2:10.
* If you fail to complete four rounds, complete penalty of 50 Step-ups and 200 Double Unders/400 Single Unders. Break up however you would like. Penalty to be completed after you rest 1 minute and work your way back down to 2:10.
* Score is the furthest minute you complete before failure.
