150 Wall balls (14 lbs to 9′ target)

30 Muscle-ups

100 Wall balls (20/14)
90 Double-unders
30 Pull-ups

– Level 1 –
50 Wall balls (10/6)
75 Single Unders
30 Jumping Pull-ups
