10 lunges
10 sit ups
5 push ups
10 reverse lunges
400m run
10 lunges
10 sit ups
5 push ups
10 reverse lunges
Then max pushups unbroken – can rest in a plank but not with your but in the air and only for 2 seconds at a time.
Then cuss out Coach James and cry a little
