We are bringing back Friday Night Lights tonight!

Regular 4pm and 5pm Classes Followed by a BBQ

Come cheer everyone on and hang out for a BBQ and games afterward. This is a free event for everyone. Even if they want to just hang out and cheer, bring your friends and family!

400 Meter Run Buy-In
With Remainder of 4 Minutes, AMRAP of:
10 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
Rest 90 Seconds Between Rounds
*Score is rounds + reps of HSPU & Pull-ups

*If you have dubs, test a max unbroken set.
