Descending 100 meter Run Intervals
2 x 100 meter @ 1:00
2 x 100 meter @ 0:55
2 x 100 meter @ 0:50
2 x 100 meter @ 0:45
2 x 100 meter @ 0:40, etc…
*Continue until you cannot keep up with the interval time limits. You can sit out one full round and then try again. When “out”, spend time rowing or practicing DUs until the entire class is finished.
