It’s Free! No pressure or commitments. We want to meet you, discuss your fitness & health goals, show you our facility, and talk about how CrossFit with us can be the catalyst you need to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

STEP 2:
FUNDAMENTALS MONTH
Once assessed, you are ready for your three private classes with one of our coaches. Here you will learn all the fundamental CrossFit movements and begin to hone your skills under the watchful eye of our coaches. We’ll ensure you’re moving safely and help you gain the confidence needed to jump into your first CrossFit class.
Once you’ve completed your three sessions, you are all set! For the remainder of your Fundamentals Month, you are able to come to any of our classes as often as you’d like. Throughout this month, you’ll rapidly increase your CrossFit experience. You can also assess what class times work with your schedule and how many days per week you want to train.

CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Once you’ve completed your Fundies Month, it’s time to select your membership level. You have options of 2x per week, 3x per week, or an Unlimited membership.
