We offer a wide range of CrossFit classes throughout the week, while also including some variation with weightlifting sessions, longer endurance sessions, a FREE community class, a teen program in the summer, and an indoor cycling program in the winter.

CrossFit at Sessions:6 follows the original formula of equal parts: strength, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Find a class that works for your schedule and get to work!

Hey You Early Birds...

We offer a 5:00 AM session for those that like to get it done early! Mind Body reservation by 7:00 PM the evening before is required. 


Barbell Sessions

No burpees, no running… just simple no-nonsense barbell training taught by our weightlifting coaches. You learn, practice and perfect your Olympic and powerlifting movements. This twice weekly class is perfect lifters of all experience levels. 

These classes are available as part of your CrossFit membership.

Mondays at 5pm & Saturdays at 9am


Teen Program

Whether your teen is trying to find themselves in their own athletic journey or is training for their fall sport, our annual Teen CrossFit Camp will help your teen gain confidence, strength, and improve their overall athletic performance in a safe, fun and positive environment. Your teen will also learn the link between nutrition and the important role it plays in sports and living a healthy lifestyle.

Additional fees required for this program.

$100-$200 per Teenager


Indoor Cycling

Every winter cyclists converge upon S:6 for a Pre-Season Trainer Series offered by our friends at Waite Endurance. Check out their website for details!
